8. What is UTA?

United TranzActions (UTA) is the vendor that Timberlake Cabinetry partnered with to implement this online payment process. UTA provides a secured gateway to initiate online payments between your financial institution and Timberlake’s designated bank. UTA is affiliated with the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA), the primary governance for electronic payment processing between financial institutions.

9. What is an EFT?

An Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows the customer the opportunity to submit an online payment from their bank account. EFT transactions are batched through the Federal Reserve nightly. Settlement is usually two to three business days. The remittance will be classified as an ACH credit to Timberlake’s bank account.
